Abstract
This study shows that there is cross resistance of tubercle bacilli to Niamid® and Isoniazid. When Niamid is administered to a patient, thorough studies should be carried out to determine if the patient also has active tuberculosis. If so, a second anti-tuberculous drug should also be used, in accordance with currently established principles of combined drug therapy for tuberculosis.Abstract Teaser
