Abstract

1. Six cases of children with organic brain disease, which were clinically diagnosed as childhood schizophrenia, are analyzed clinicopathologically.2. The diagnosis of Heller's disease or of childhood schizophrenia, often made under such circumstances, is considered respectively inadequate and misleading.
