Abstract
The case reported is that of an astrocytoma of the left temporal lobe in a 19-year-old boy with epileptic seizures, the typical epileptic personality changes, and a deficiency in the semantic sphere. This case is considered as a contribution to the development of semantic aphasia and semantic alexia as well as to that of psychopathology of the so-called epileptic personality disorder.Abstract Teaser
