Abstract

1. Reference is made to the first recorded case of self-or auto-fellatio and a second one is presented.2. The original patient was overtly homosexual; ours had strong latent homosexual tendencies.3. The relationship of auto-fellatio, narcissism and homosexuality is discussed.
