Abstract
1. The Wechsler-Bellevue test was administered to a heterogeneous group of 128 patients in an overseas general hospital under rather adverse conditions.2. The test performance and scatter of each patient was analyzed in order to determine diagnostic implications.3. The psychologist's estimates and the psychiatrist's diagnoses were compared. In 52% of the cases, they coincided markedly. In 8% of the cases, they coincided to some degree and in 40% of the cases, they differed to a considerable degree.Abstract Teaser
